We are a Durham University short film festival run by students, for students! We want to hear your voices and watch your films no matter where in the world you are from; if you are an aspiring student filmmaker, DFF will be an incredible opportunity for you to shine! Films are screened over 2 nights and accompanied by an events programme, all of which is centred in Durham, England. Sound like you?

Film submissions open to filmmakers.Judges will notify you if your film has been selected for the Official Selection of the festival.The Official Selection of ~15 films will be screened, judged, and awarded prizes by a member of the British Film Institute; accompanied by a host of other events.
